The
TEAM CHALLENGE COURSE is the
"Ground" portion of the David Barber Challenge
Course consisting of challenges from ground level to about 3
feet in height. Here we focus on team-building, communication and
listening skills, cooperation, trust, faith, and
perseverance. The group is presented with a
number of tasks to complete as a group. In the
process of solving these problems, members of the
group are made aware of the decision-making
process, leadership roles, and the
responsibilities of each person within the group.
