The TEAM CHALLENGE COURSE is the "Ground" portion of the David Barber Challenge Course consisting of challenges from ground level to about 3 feet in height.  Here we focus on team-building, communication and listening skills, cooperation, trust, faith, and perseverance. The group is presented with a number of tasks to complete as a group. In the process of solving these problems, members of the group are made aware of the decision-making process, leadership roles, and the responsibilities of each person within the group.

Through this unique experience, participants can know the satisfaction and see the benefits that come with expanding their personal boundaries.
